Located on the north west shore of Sugar Pine Reservoir, Giant Gap Campground is set in a secluded spot in a cedar and pine forest overlooking the reservoir – the view of the lake is awesome! Take the family down to the lake for some swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating for a fun-filled afternoon. There are also several Foresthill OHV Trails located near the campground if you want a fun and exciting way to experience America’s natural treasures. From Interstate 80: Take the Foresthill Road exit for 17 miles to the town of Foresthill. Continue on the road for 9 miles to Sugar Pine Road. Turn left and continue on Sugar Pine Road for 9 miles and take a right on the first road after the Sugar Pine Recreation Area sign. Travel 1 1/2 miles to the campground.
