Imagine combining the “soul of the south” with the “farm to fork” freshness of Sacramento. That’s what you get when dining at Q1227 Restaurant located in the beautiful suburb of Roseville, CA.

Celebrity Chef Q Bennett is introducing and trailblazing the “modern comfort” cuisine throughout California and beyond. As a native Floridian, Chef Q can appreciate home cooked meals with bold flavors and generous size portions. However, it wasn’t until he got the keys to his own restaurant that he pulled up those southern dishes and wrapped it in his over 25yrs of cooking in fine dining establishments throughout California.

When dining at Q1227 Restaurant, you can expect a true “modern comfort” experience, not only from the delectable food, but from the warm, entreating, and hospitable staff to the locally sourced selection of fine wines, all while enjoying the scenery of artwork from world renown artist.

Chef Q is successfully combining opulent, flavourful, comfort dishes to the fine dining experience.
